GifLab provides a free, browser-based collection of media tools including GIF creation, GIF optimisation, image resizing, image compression, image format conversion, video-to-GIF conversion, video cutting, and video resizing. All processing occurs locally in your browser — your files are never uploaded to our servers. The Service is provided at no cost and does not require registration.

3. Permitted Use

You may use GifLab for both personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

• Compressing and resizing images for web publishing or email

4. Prohibited Activities

5. Intellectual Property

All files you process using GifLab remain entirely your property. We claim no ownership, licence, or other right to any content you upload, process, or download through the Service. Since all processing occurs in your browser and files are never transmitted to our servers, we never have access to your content.

The GifLab name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and software are the intellectual property of GifLab and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission.

6. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Since all file processing happens in your browser, the performance and output quality may vary depending on your device, browser version, and the size and format of the files you process. We recommend keeping backups of your original files before processing.

Because we do not store your files, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur during or after processing.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. You are responsible for maintaining copies of all files you process.

8. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements displayed on the Service. Advertisers are solely responsible for the claims, products, and services they promote. If you encounter an advertisement that you believe is misleading or harmful, please report it to Google directly through their ad feedback mechanisms.
